How Does the Process Work?

What is the cost of consultancy and preparation services?
At GAP, we are committed to full cost transparency from day one — so you will never face unexpected expenses later.
Step-by-Step Process
- Application:
First, you complete the Project Financing Application Form for each project and send it to us by email or fax.
This initial review is free of charge and you will receive feedback within 7 business days. - Consultancy Agreement:
If your project is eligible, a Consultancy Agreement and a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be signed.
Consultancy fee: USD 10,000 per month (Duration: maximum 4 months) - Bank and Financial Data:
To ensure your project is financeable, you must provide ALL bank and financial data fully and accurately (bank statements, debts, receivables, income, assets, etc.).
❗ IMPORTANT: If financing cannot be secured due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by you, all consultancy fees paid to GAP will NOT be refunded.
To verify this information, a Due Diligence Agreement is signed.
Fee: USD 25,000 – 50,000
(USD 25,000 if performed through GAP; USD 50,000+ if conducted by independent audit firms)
- Site Visit:
Once Due Diligence is approved, one of our principals will visit the project site to discuss its background, client’s motivation, general goals, and current documentation. - Preparation Costs:
Before the site visit, all necessary documents and project files are defined.
For complete project design, detailing, site studies, reporting, legal contracts, and attorney fees, a USD 250,000 fee is required. - Evaluation:
After the visit, we analyze the project’s main strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks together with the client and request additional documents if needed. - Minimum Loan Size:
Minimum loan requirement for any project is USD 8 million. - Success Fee:
Upon successful financing, a success fee of 2% of the total loan amount is payable.
IMPORTANT NOTES
✔ The initial travel and site visit costs are generally pre-financed by the client, as a clear commitment to the project. These costs are refunded once a written Financial Procurement Agreement is signed.
✔ GAP Organization Holdings does NOT directly provide financing from its own funds — we only act as a professional consultancy and intermediary through our trusted global funding partners.
✔ We work strictly on a success-fee basis — no unnecessary burdens, no hidden charges. The cooperation can be cancelled by either party at any time.
